Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform electrical maintenance on plastic injection moulding machines (e.g., Haitian, Engel, Arburg, Nissei, Toshiba, etc.).
  • Diagnose and repair faults in PLC systems, control panels, servo drives, sensors, heaters, motors, etc.
  • Calibrate temperature controllers, pressure sensors, and other critical components.
  • Replace or repair defective wiring, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, timers, and HMIs.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Carry out regular preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Record maintenance activities and update logs and checklists.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.

Power Systems

  • Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCCs (Motor Control Centers), and distribution boards.
  • Ensure proper grounding, wiring, and circuit protection of machines and control systems.

Installation & Commissioning

  • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new injection moulding machines and robotic systems.
  • Modify control circuits and wiring as needed for machine upgrades or automation.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to electrical safety regulations and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Ensure machines comply with local electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized electrical workspaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
