Job Opening - Die/Mould Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Die and mould designs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
  • Make 3D models for all components to be used in assembly of moulds.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Design of Die moulds for pressure die casting tools.
  • Some knowledge of VMC machines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation for all designs and operational steps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Solidworks and/or Unigraphics NX software.
  • Proven experience of years as a Die/Mould Designer.
  • Familiarity with CAM software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Die/Mould Designing using Solidworks or Unigraphics NX.
  • G-code and M-code
