Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup:
  • Install molds, set up parameters (temperature, pressure, timing).
  • Calibrate machines according to job specifications.
  • Operation & Monitoring:
  • Start and stop machines according to production schedules.
  • Monitor cycle times, quality, and consistency of molded parts.
  • Detect and troubleshoot issues (short shots, flash, burn marks, warping).
  • Quality Control:
  • Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
  • Record data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintenance & Housekeeping:
  • Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep machines, molds, and workspace clean.
  • Documentation:
  • Complete production reports and machine logs.
  • Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of plastic materials (ABS, PP, PE, Nylon, etc.).
  • Familiarity with molding machine operation (Arburg, Engel, Nissei, Husky, etc.).
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and safety procedures.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in injection molding or manufacturing preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹22,892.00 per month
