GBS provide streamlined and consistent services to our internal customers in the domain of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Business Functional Support, Procurement and Legal. Our services fit our global organization and allow us to focus on business strategy and priorities. GBS also maintains continuous improvement plans to enhance our customer-oriented service culture.

**AM-Business Excellence**
- Responsible for administration and management of the GBS Quality Management System.
- Deliver on all stages of improvement projects assigned.
- Support preparation of KPI, metrics and management reports required.

**Job description**
- Six sigma Green Belt Certified with knowledge of Lean, Kaizen & Six Sigma tools.
- Desirable basic knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO / API).
- Fluency in verbal and written English language.
- Experience using Root Cause Analysis & methodology.

**You are meant for this job if**
- Graduate with 4 - 6 years’ experience, ideally in Finance or other related numerical/analytical discipline.
- Six Sigma Greet Belt Certification.
- Strong analytical interest to drive improvements within a GBS environment across multiple functional areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in verbal and written English language.
