**Role Summary**:
We seek an articulate and dynamic _Student Counsellor / Marketing Executive_ to spearhead student engagement and enrollment activities while promoting our academic programs through innovative outreach and marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students with clarity, professionalism, and empathy regarding training opportunities, internships, and career prospects.
- Cultivate leads, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth enrollment conversions.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Represent the organization at seminars, workshops, and institutional collaborations.
- Foster strong networks with students, parents, and academic institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration/Marketing advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior exposure to student counseling, academic promotion, or marketing preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- A passion for education, technology, and student development.
