**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently.
- Clearly communicate information and handle objections if any.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Work towards achieving daily and weekly calling targets.
- Collaborate with the sales/support team when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech etc.)
- Strong verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, or regional language).
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Polite, confident, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
