Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the security technology industry
- Experience working with physical security end point devices
- Proficiency in PACS systems, preferably OnGuard Lenel
- Proficiency in VMS systems, preferably Milestone XProtect
- Basic understanding of networking & IT fundamentals
- Ability to create security documentation for internal teams and personnel
- Good communication skills
Job description/Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day maintenance of security systems devices for India region
- Will be primary support personnel for service requests and break fixes for Physical security systems and devices
- Will be responsible for Level 1 administration of physical access control systems infrastructure and escalate to System admin for issue resolution when required
- Support APAC & EMEA regions as/when required
- Work with the security systems integrator to troubleshoot & rectify reported issues, handle purchase, order fulfillment and track service completion
- Handle minor security installation projects and co-ordinate with Global security team for project tasks and their progress updates
- Coordinate with various stakeholders like IT & Real estate team as required to accomplish tasks involving security device installation and maintenance
- Document technical procedures relating to system design and maintenance for security personnel
