**Job summary**

**SG gurukul is hiring for an enthusiastic Telecalling Representative who will be responsible for closing deals with the customers and maintain a good relation with the them.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Contact prospective or existing customer to inform them about the service provided by the company.
- Update the customer information in database on regular basis.
- Take and process orders in the accurate following manner.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Keep record of calls and note useful information.

**Skills and requirements**
- 12th or graduation degree required in any stream.
- Proven experience as telecalling executive or Fresher are aslo welcome.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about product or service provided by the company.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
- Ability to do Hard or smart work individually.
- Good time management skills.
- Required experience in Insurance,Mutual,DMT (If have)
- Must have basic computer knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
