**About Us**:
The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in têxtiles (Yarn) - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to disrupt. Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over ₹400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 of the esteemed sharks.

Recently, The Yarn Bazaar also raised Rs 150 million in the pre-Series A round to expand operations, increase market reach, and strengthen the technological infrastructure.

**Position Title**: Associate - Operation Support

**Location**: Bangalore

**What We Are Looking**

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Associate - Operation Support to manage key operational tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across our supply chain processes. This role requires someone highly organized, skilled in record-keeping, and capable of multi-tasking with agility.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and error-free records of all operational data and transactions.
- **Documentation Management**:Thoroughly check and share necessary documents with buyers and suppliers.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and transporters.
- **Follow-Ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders to meet deadlines and avoid delays.
- **Documentation Verification**:Review all documentation carefully to ensure compliance and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in Excel and other tools for creating visibility into operations and tracking performance.
- **Multi-Tasking**: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- **Organization & Attention to Detail**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in double-checking all tasks and documents.
