**Job Title: Associate Accounts**

**Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kozhikode, Near Calicut university.**

Job Requirements:

- To manage and execute day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients.
- Compiling and posting month-end journals, including accruals, deferred income, depreciation, amortization, reclassifications, and adjustment entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in compliance with approved financial policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Prepare and finalize UAE VAT returns for clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to the team's success and demonstrate teamwork by providing timely inputs to the Team Leader for efficient task completion.
- Step in to assist Team Leader with adhoc requests and reporting needs as and when needed.
- Effectively manage a range of statutory requirements and associated calculations to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Basic analytical skills to assess financial reports, identifying key trends, discrepancies, and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Fundamental awareness and understanding of the background and functionalities of bookkeeping software, aiding in accurate data entry and retrieval.

**Qualification, Skills And Experience**
- B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter/MBA (Accounts & Finance) **1*-**2 years of experience in Bookkeeping with working knowledge of QuickBooks/Xero/SAGE.*
- Ability to handle deliveries for multiple clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of the processes required for KPO deliveries.
- **Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and get things done.**:

- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Expected to achieve productivity targets.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software and its basic functionalities
- Strong ethics and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
- Skills: xero, word, excel, zoho, quickbooks, outlook, MS-office
