Key Responsibilities:
**Coordination and Management**:

- Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery and distribution of goods.
- Manage and oversee inventory levels, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control procedures to minimize shortages and excesses.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and logistics activities.
- **Transportation and Distribution**:

- Arrange and monitor transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
- Negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective logistics operations.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics operations.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to promote safe working conditions.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Accurate inventory levels and mínimal stock discrepancies.
- Cost-effective logistics operations.
- High customer satisfaction with logistics services.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Skill**s:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Fresher/ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Certifications**: Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are a plus.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- On-time delivery rate.
- Inventory accuracy.
- Logistics cost reduction.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
