**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an ERP Order Placement Executive with proven experience in diamond and jewellery manufacturing ERP systems such as Gati, Ejewels, and Optigo. The role requires accurate entry of orders, coordination with design, production, and dispatch teams, and ensuring smooth workflow of customised and stock jewellery orders from confirmation to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately **enter and place customer orders** (domestic & export) in ERP software (Gati, Ejewels, Optigo).
- Verify **order specifications** including design codes, metal purity, diamond quality, stone details, and finishing requirements before confirmation.
- Coordinate with **design team** for CAD/matrix approvals and customization requests.
- Work with the **procurement & production team** to check stock of diamonds, gemstones, and gold allocation.
- Ensure orders are scheduled properly in ERP to meet **customer deadlines and delivery commitments**.
- Monitor **WIP (Work in Progress)** status in ERP and follow up with manufacturing units.
- Communicate order updates and resolve discrepancies between sales, design, and production teams.
- Generate **order tracking reports** (daily/weekly) for management review.
- Maintain systematic records for **export orders, invoices, challans, and dispatch status**.
- Support ERP upgrades, data audits, and compliance with company SOPs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration, or Jewellery/Design Management preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in **diamond & jewellery ERP order processing**.
- Proficiency in Gati, Ejewels, and Optigo software.
- Strong knowledge of **diamond grading, gold purity, and jewellery manufacturing process**.
- Excellent coordination skills between sales, design, procurement, and production teams.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, MIS reporting**, and ERP dashboards.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and time management.
