**Job Title: PR & Marketing Executive**

**Experience: 6 months-1 year**

**Location: Noida**

**Responsibilities**:
1) Identify and prospect for new business opportunities

2) Build and maintain client relationships

3) Develop and implement sales strategies

4) Conduct negotiations and close deals

5) Monitor market trends and competitor activities

6)Collaborate with internal teams

7) Attend industry events and networking opportunities

**Requirements**:
1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or journalism and mass communication (MBA preferred).

2) Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.

3) Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

4) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

5) Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

7) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

8) Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

9) Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹13,458.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
