**Requirements**:
1 to 2 Years of experience in Public relations is must
Graduate or Post graduate in Journalism and Mass communication or equivalent
Experience in press releases, ideation and strategic content creation
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skill
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
Attention to details, critical thinker and analytical problem solver

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies
Organise and manage various Public Relations activities
Measure performance of each activity and event
Determine KPIs for PR, ideation and strategic content creation for pitchig and press release
Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
use different channels to optimise campaign's reach and success
Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
Arrange and coordinate interviews
Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and politicians
Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- PR: 1 year (preferred)
