Key Responsibilities:
Making Bills: Prepare and process billing documents as required by the organization.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with various vendors to fulfill office requirements and
maintain necessary supplies.
Documentation: Handle document management, filing, and record-keeping tasks
efficiently.
Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverages and other public relations activities related
to clients and prepare media dockets.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
- Basic writing skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for handling documentation and data
management tasks.
