- Reviews and documents customer issues (service requests), and performs initial resolutions in line with standard processes, while maintaining appropriate interaction with the customer
- Proactively manages customer expectations and keeps them informed on status, plans and dates
- Installation of JIRA on machines
- Basic Linux Admin commands hands on knowledge
