We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in paid campaigns, campaign strategy, SEO, and client reporting. This role is suited for a results-driven individual with hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially within an agency environment. You will be responsible for driving effective campaigns, developing strategy, and optimizing performance to meet client goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Paid Campaign Management**: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to achieve client objectives.
- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with client goals and target audience, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- **Client Reporting**: Prepare monthly performance reports, including campaign metrics, key insights, and recommendations, to keep clients informed and engaged.
- **SEO Optimization**: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO efforts, and ensure SEO best practices are applied to drive organic growth.
- **Collaboration with Agencies**: Work effectively with external agencies as needed to maximize campaign reach, budget efficiency, and strategic execution.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance ROI.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns (2+ years).
- Agency experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with campaign strategy development and execution.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills for client interaction.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting tactics.
