Corporate Sales Executive(Female)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Franchise Recruitment**:
Identify and research potential franchisees through various channels, including online inquiries, industry events, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of prospective franchise partners to ensure alignment with the brand and business goals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential franchisees.
**Negotiation and Agreement**:
Lead negotiations with potential franchisees on terms and conditions, including financial arrangements, territory rights, and other relevant aspects.
Work closely with legal teams to draft and finalize franchise agreements that comply with legal requirements and protect the interests of the franchisor.
**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
**Market Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to provide insights for franchise development strategies.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting franchise opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that franchisees receive adequate training and support.
Work with finance teams to assess the financial viability of potential franchisees.
**Compliance**:
Ensure that all franchise development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in franchise laws and regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with legal aspects of franchise agreements.
Knowledge of the industry and understanding of franchise business models.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
**Willingness to travel as needed.(Must)**
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
