**Tele Sales Job Description**:
Hi we're Hiring. We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Proven experience as a Tele-Sales role.

2. Responsible for promoting and selling Digital Marketing Services to B2B Customers.

3. Setting Up appointments for Field executives on a Daily Basis.

4. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

5. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

6. Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

10. Generating data for calling.

11. This is an in-house Tele calling Job and There is No Field Visit.

12 Sales targets with incentive

**Requirements and skills**:

- Good communication skills. (Marathi, Hindi)

**Shift Timing: 9.30 AM TO 6 PM**

**Salary:

- 20,000/- To 25,000**

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Cell phone reimbursement

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
