**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients professionally and clearly, ensuring a positive first impression of Brandsjar.

**2. Conversion Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with leads, addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Guide potential clients through sales, maintaining clear communication to facilitate a smooth conversion.

**3. Feedback Collection and Reporting**:

- Gather insights and feedback from leads on their experiences and interactions.
- Provide actionable feedback to the paid media team to help optimise ongoing and future campaigns.

**4. Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and document the status of each lead, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates and engagement.
- Regularly report on the performance and progress of leads to ensure alignment with the team’s objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
