**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential customers over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in [Hindi & English languages, if required].
