**Responsibilities**:
Manage CS work of Private Limited company and related FEMA compliance.

Advisory /implementation/ Administration of products which are inline with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, SEBI / Companies Act requirements for ESOPs, Board / Committee meeting's portal.

Position reports to Manager

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
