**Job description**Monitoring and execution of production operations in Production Process and at the same time, to lead and coordinate innovation activity such as 5S, Suggestion Scheme, maintenance etc.
- To plan, administer and review Production activities to maximize throughout, optimize resource use, control cost and maintain quality standards.
- To Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
- To ensure all operation are performed in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, company procedure, machinery manufacturers’ guidelines and standards.
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly Production Plan & to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports including daily production, monthly and incident investigations.
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- To periodically review performance against plans and budget the same.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
- Work with Sales and marketing team to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Mainly Focus on Team work
- Achieve Targets Within deadlines ( Stipulated Time)

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 year prior industry experience
- Computer skills
- Hardworking, focused and goal-oriented.
- Teamwork & Managerial Skills.
