**Purchase Executive role and responsibility**
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain purchase order in register book
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality
- Analyse market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Monthly purchase price comparison report in excel
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Negotiation Skills
- Transport followup purchase & sales
- Handle courier and transport issue

Responsible for follow-up & maintenance
