**Responsibilities**:

- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience performances.
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg. Original text, photos, videos and news) on social media platforms.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams like Input, output, PCR, marketing etc to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee social media accounts design (timeline cover, profile picture and log layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions.
- Measure success of every social media campaign.
- Work and guide the team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Adhere organization rules and regulations.
- Work effectively n the visibility and user traffic over the content and the channel.

**Qualifications**:

- Should have a bachelor degree in Journalism, Mass communication or related field.
- Proven experience with News agency, news channel or similar industry.
- Must have knowledge of social media, thumbnail, caption, SEO, tagging, link generation, posting of news bulletins etc.
- Strong command on Hindi typing (Mangal font).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
- Broadcast Media: 1 year (preferred)
