Polstrat is looking for a creative and social media associate to assist with their client’s social media management and development. The creative will help develop the social media portfolio of all clients and for Polstrat, including maintaining all social media pages and profiles (including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). They will also be responsible for creating and implementing the social media marketing plan and editorial calendar for clients.

Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 2 year of prior work experience, preferably in managing political pages or accounts of political clients across social media platforms.
- Must be inclined towards, and should demonstrate, following Indian politics and ongoing legislative procedures.
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Proven interest in and knowledge of political, social, and economic discourses in India

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Master's (preferred)
