**Job Title**:Hindi Content Writer cum Social Media Executive (Specialized in Political Content)**

This role requires crafting impactful, hyper-localized content tailored to the political goals and vision of the leader, ensuring resonance with the people of Uttarakhand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy Development**: Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy for a political leader’s social media platforms, aligning with campaigns and public engagement objectives.

**Content Creation**: Write creative, engaging, and localized content in Hindi, including:

- Posts, tweets, captions, and updates for social media.
- Video scripts for campaigns, events, and public announcements.
- Content tailored to the sentiments and issues of Uttarakhand's people.

**Audience Connection**: Develop hyper-localized communication to establish a deep connection with the audience, particularly focusing on Uttarakhand’s cultural, political, and regional aspects.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing and cohesive content.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, audience engagement, and community moderation.
- Implement platform-specific best practices for optimization and distribution.

**Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum **3 years** of experience as a **Hindi Content Writer**, specifically for political figures or political campaigns.

**Political Expertise**:

- Deep knowledge of **Uttarakhand’s political history**, current affairs, and cultural nuances.
- Understanding of key political issues and sentiments in the region.

**Language Proficiency**: Exceptional writing skills in Hindi, with the ability to create creative, persuasive, and impactful content.

**Social Media Expertise**: Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, and their content requirements.

**Work Ethics**: Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced political environment.

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience)
