We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring their food and beverage needs are met, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work alongside a team of hospitality professionals to create memorable experiences for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately process them, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
- Assist with menu recommendations, answer questions, and provide information on food ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including table settings, floors, and service stations.
- Ensure that guest satisfaction is prioritized and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash and process payments, following proper cash handling and register procedures.
- Restock and replenish inventory as needed (e.g., napkins, condiments, utensils).
- Follow all health and safety standards, including food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or equipment for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
