F&b Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set
- Handle billing and payments accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up buffet or banquet events as required
- Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree/diploma in hospitality is an advantage
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
