Sales Executive

The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand and explain legal solutions in simple business terms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (startups, MSMEs, corporates, and individuals).
- Promote legal, compliance, and business registration services (e.g., company formation, trademark, GST, contracts, legal drafting, etc.).
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain CRM data, prepare daily/weekly sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the legal and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend networking events, webinars, and client meetings to represent the firm.
- Understand client pain points and suggest appropriate legal solutions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in legal or consulting sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of business compliance and legal documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Monthly revenue target achievement.
- Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
- Follow-up and response efficiency.
