_**Job Description / Key Responsibility Areas -**_

a) Implement and constantly improve Processes and System to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize inventory utilization.

b) Responsible for entire inventory movement cycle immediately after the PO is raised at HO.

c) Tracking ETD & ETA of all Import Consignments as well as Internal Inventory movement within India Operations.

d) Coordinate with Buying Team and Location Teams on Periodic Sales & Inventory Requirement Forecast - at least for a period of 3 months / 1 Qrtr in advance.

e) Coordinate with Buying Team and analyze the Forecast provided by Location Team of its accuracy with a threshold of max 15% (+) or (-).

f) Coordinate with Logistics Team & Location Team for Timely issuance of TI and Space Certificate.

g) Ensure Inventory dispatch to respective locations within 2 days of Receipt of Space Certificate.

h) Track and coordinate with Locations on ETD & ETA of all Internal Inventory Movement.

i) Track and Monitor Sales & Stock Level at each location by day and identify Potential OOS situation, Potential Slow movers, Self-life Expiry period. To ensure Zero OOS at Shop Shelves and Warehouses.

j) Alert and coordinate with respective Location team, Buying team and Logistics on OOS situation, Nearing Self-life Expiry SKUs & Slow movers and take appropriate actions to avert such situation.

k) analyze Inventory requirement at location as per Promotion Calendar in coordination with respective Buyer and Track / Monitor Efficacy of each Promotion.

l) Interacts with each Location Team and ensure steady flow of valid and valuable feedback on sales and inventory.

m) Execute & Maintain Category & Merchandising Planogram as prescribed by respective Buyer.

n) Responsible for Setting up and Implementation of Auto Replenishment Process at all locations in coordination with Location team and IS team.

Formulate, Generate and Share Inventory related MIS reports with HO Functions on periodic basis. For example - Self-life Expiry Report, Stock Availability Report, Flagging all potential alert situation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹418,053.51 - ₹798,562.24 per year
