**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary service post media campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programmes
- Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server and 3rd party reports
- Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management
- Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies
- Provide pre-launch admin support, as required
- An internal-facing role to support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors and Managers as needed

- Organised with proven ability to manage conflicting priorities

- Desirable but not mandatory:

- Ability to perform data analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google GSuite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Able to handle numerous high-level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
