**Your Focus**
As Distribution Requirements Planner, you will interface with multiple functional partners to support business and profitability to IFF.

The role is Mumbai based and will report to Customer Service Manager.

**How you will contribute**
- Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.
- Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory.
- Pull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.
- Accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses.
- Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.
- Manage Inventory levels and Health - be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoring.
- Manage supply issues during times of short supply.
- Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the Marketing/Product Manager, Sales Representatives and Demand Planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
- Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance or any other relevant discipline.
- Atleast 3 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, sales or production planning role.
- Proven expertise with SAP is a must.
- Experience working in Salesforce will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training and Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player who enjoys working in a team, but who can also push forward topics alone and independently.
- Competent and proactive communication with different target groups and stakeholders.
