Job Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduate. (MBA Specialization in Supply Chain preferred).
- Experiences: 6+ years of relevant work experience with a reputed company. SAP working experience is must - MM / PP module. Experience in some analytical tool is preferred - Power BI, Tableau etc.

- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Dealing with anomalies in FC vs Actuals. Timely communication for any constraints in fulfilling the FC; and agree on a remedial solution.
- Forecast Accuracy - Working with Sales team to improve forecast accuracy at customer product level.
- Warehouse capacity mapping as per Forecast.
- Driving MTS/MTO - strategy-based planning.
- Identifying the improvements opportunities in processes and have it implemented.
- Developing SOPs and maintaining in database.
- Facing required Audits pertaining to planning processes.
- Ensuring right material at right time at right places (depots); as per Forecast.
- Cost Control through minimizing variations in Planning - Minimize changes in Production plan, STO plan.
- Working with Intercomany sites (In EU/China/USA) for timely material availability.
- Monitor and control SLOB (Aged + Blocked) Inventory and take Proactive actions to curb down.
- To work with Sales for Liquidation of “To be Aged” and “Aged” Inventories.
- Controlling and maintaining Master data, Costing corrections, NPI completions, Safety Stock levels.
