**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of Cost Plans.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawing & Specification for MEP Works.
- Preparation of Detailed / Pretender estimates for MEP Works and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants and other misc items
- Preparation of tenderers prequalification document and run the process for shortlisting the contractors
- Prepare tender documents incorporating conditions of contract, specifications, drawings and BOQ.
- Invite the tenders / bids from Contractor/Supplier, Negotiation and Comparison, prepare tender report & contract documents.
- Attend all meetings related to cost and contracts.
- Maintain trade wise list of Approved Sub Contractor/Supplier database.
- Undertaking post-contract services (during construction and close-out)
- Preparation of interim and final bill certification
- Prepare monthly cost reports with forecast cost to completion
- Co-ordinating with the clients/contractors for bill certification
- Handling variations and change orders
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts incorporating the financial implications

Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in QS activities.
- Should be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
- Should be well versed with measurement software such as Cost X, Cubicost, Auto CAD
- Knowledge of International and Indian Method of Measurements and Standards
- Demonstrable Skills in Value Engineering and Cost Control Techniques
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be able to handle projects independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
