Role Overview

We are looking for a D2C Growth Coach who has lived and breathed e
- commerce brand-building. Someone who has either:

- Built and scaled their own D2C brand to at least ₹20-50

lakh/month, OR
- Worked with multiple D2C brands across categories (via

agencies, accelerators, consulting, or leadership roles), helping

them grow from scratch to scale (₹5 lakh to ₹1 crore/month).

Your mission: Handhold, review, guide & challenge our Diamond and

Quantum Club brand founders so that they scale faster, avoid costly mistakes, and implement the HyperScale frameworks with

accountability.

You will be the bridge between our members and Shripal, ensuring

every founder feels supported, guided, and challenged.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Growth Coach to assigned Diamond & Quantum Club

founders, ensuring structured reviews and accountability.
- Evaluate and guide on:

- Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, Influencer ROI,

CAC/LTV metrics)
- Amazon & Marketplace Growth
- Brand Storytelling & Positioning
- Website CRO & Funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

Building)
- Product-Market Fit & Pricing Models
- Conduct regular review sessions with founders and prepare

growth scorecards.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical, proven

solutions.
- Collaborate with Shripal to provide strategic insights and

escalate high-value opportunities.
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and growth hacks in the

D2C ecosystem.
- Create case studies & benchmarks from member successes to

inspire the larger community.
- Act as a thought partner to founders - not just reviewing

numbers, but challenging their thinking.

world.

dashboards, ads, P&L, and pinpoint action steps.
- Excellent communication skills - can simplify complex insights

for founders.
- Hungry to be part of a movement that’s shaping India’s next

100Cr+ D2C brands.
- Ready to work onsite in Pune and build something meaningful

with Shripal

**Who This Role is NOT For**
- Someone who only wants to “execute campaigns” (this is not a

media buying role).
- Someone who has never scaled a brand beyond ₹5-10

lakh/month.
- Someone who wants a remote job or a freelance gig.
- Someone who avoids accountability or dislikes reviewing others’

work.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
