**Job Description for SMM Intern**:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) intern to join our marketing team at KnowMerit. The intern will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts and creating campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of social media campaigns
- Daily management of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creation of engaging content for social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using web traffic metrics and adjust strategies as necessary Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to create engaging content
- Experience with creating and implementing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Understanding of branding
- Strong analytical skills Academic Qualification:

- Currently pursuing a any degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong academic performance, particularly in marketing or communications
- Experience with SMM through coursework or previous internships

**Internship Details**: The internship program is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with working hours of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM,

Monday to Saturday. The duration of the internship is 3 months, with a stipend of ₹5000 per month offered. Upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance, consideration for regular employment will be evaluated with a salary range of ₹12,000 to ₹25,000. Additionally, successful interns will receive an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
