_**Job Description: Quarry Material Salesperson**_
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Quarry Material Salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling quarry materials to customers, such as construction companies, contractors, and other relevant industries. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and profitability of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:Identify and pursue sales opportunities by actively prospecting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Promote and sell quarry materials, including aggregates, stone, sand, and other related products.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
**4. Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives on a regular basis. Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales growth.
**5. Sales Documentation**: Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to customers. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales visits, and sales reports.
**6. Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, industry developments, and market opportunities.
**7. Collaboration**:Work closely with the quarry operations team to ensure an adequate supply of materials, coordinate delivery schedules, and resolve any customer issues or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
**8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales budgets and targets.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
**1. Experience**:Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or quarry industry, is highly desirable.
**3. Sales Skills**:Proven track record in achieving sales targets, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
**4. Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and build rapport with customers.
**5. Self-Motivation**:Highly self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**6. Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle objections effectively.
**7. Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
**8. Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet customers and prospects.
