**POSITION: Store Keeper**:

- **INDUSTRY OF OPERATION: Mining Quarry**:

- **Location - Guyana, South America**
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.

Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.

**Responsibilities:

- **

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and Supplies
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overstock situations
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the mining site
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and analyze various stages of the mining process to identify and address potential quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions when necessary
- Collect samples from different stages of mining operations for laboratory analysis
- Interpret analytical results and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in product quality
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Organize and maintain an efficient storage system for easy access and retrieval of materials
- Implement proper labeling and categorization to streamline inventory management
- Generate purchase requisitions based on inventory levels and consumption patterns
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and consumption trends
- Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to ensure that older stock is used before newer stock
- Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of materials, especially in the case of consumables
