Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with trainers and clients
- Handle train & hotel bookings for trainers
- Give initial pitch to new client inquiries
- Update trainer sales records regularly
- Manage client and trainer complaints end-to-end
- Research and compile a list of potential leads via Google & Instagram
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and client communication
- Send presentations and proposals to clients
- Organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Take client feedback and ensure service improvement
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent telephone etiquette
- Experience in handling client concerns
- Ability to research and identify new leads online
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
