A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is a company representative who generates sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone:

- **Generate sales**: Make cold calls to existing and potential customers, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
- **Build relationships**: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients
- **Provide information**: Present products or services, explain their benefits, and provide pricing details
- **Manage customer concerns**: Resolve customer issues and concerns
- **Collect customer data**: Gather data on the impact of the company's products or services, and relay it to the relevant departments
- **Maintain databases**: Organize customer information in databases
- **Follow guidelines**: Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology
- **Create reports**: Make reports and documentation based on conversations with customers

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
