We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Salesforce implementations. Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, solution design, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce platform
- Strong APIs Integration in Sales, Retail, Banking and Wealth Management domain
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance technical and business considerations
- Experience with declarative (clicks, not code) aspects of Salesforce
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SQL
- Preferred Salesforce Certified Professionals

Certification Required
- Preferred Salesforce Certified Professionals

Job Responsibilities
- **Conduct Research**: Dive into clients’ existing use of Salesforce, analyze their requirements, and produce a detailed report. Your findings will guide the roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- **Solution Integrity**: As the custodian of solution integrity, you’ll recommend robust solutions that align with business needs. Your expertise will ensure the strength and viability of our recommendations.
- **Trusted Advisor**:Act as a trusted advisor to both our internal team and clients. Your ability to communicate complex ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders is crucial.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. Share your knowledge and best practices to elevate the entire team.
- **Technical Leadership**:Lead by example. While you don’t need to be a developer, understanding code and advocating for coding best practices is essential.
- **Trade-Offs**:Articulate trade-offs when choosing solutions. Consider scalability, long-term sustainability, and technical debt implications.
