**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a global Architect & Developer across Skyworks’ Salesforce ecosystem; responsibilities include but are not limited to user management, report/dashboard building, health & security of instances, non-production instance management, data migrations, etc.
- Work collaboratively with BRM (Business Analysts), salesforce dev’s/dmins to continuously maintain and improve Skyworks’ Salesforce (and force. com-based) processes and frameworks.
- Design, test & deploy key functionalities.
- Configure data models & workflows for managed packages and various OOTB Salesforce objects
- Lead & perform development, configuration & integration pipelines between SFDC and other systems (on-prem & cloud based).

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience
- 10+ years of SFDC development & architect experience.
- Core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform developer, and/or App Builder) highly desired.
- Salesforce Security Models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Strong development experience with VisualForce pages, Lightning components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Process and Flow Builder, SOQL, SOSL.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps or any other CI/CD framework.

**Desired Experience and Skills**:

- Experience administering Salesforce, CPQ and other managed packages
- Experience with building Integration pipelines with other enterprise apps
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint,.NET, Azure)
