SentientGeeks is looking for **IT Recruiter** to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

**Work Mode: On-site**
- Applicants must have 03-06 months internship or employment experience in IT hiring
- Applicants should be from **West Bengal**
- Diploma/Certification related to HR will be preferred.
-     Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals
-      Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
- Applicants should have **good communication** skill.

**Responsibilities**
-         Writing and posting technical job descriptions
-         Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
-         Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
