Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Respond to Customer Queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email orchat,ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and help customer use specific features effectively.
Analyse and report product malfunctions (by conducting tests in various scenariosorimpersonating users to replicate issues.).
• Update our internal database with information regarding technical issues andvaluablediscussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and proactively reachout toprovideassistance and resolve issues.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with teammembers.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketingteam.
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives. Perks and Benefits:
