**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with curriculum guidelines.
- Develop lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages student participation.
- Assess students’ progress through regular assignments, tests, and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and development.
- Manage classroom behavior by establishing and maintaining discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English (BA).
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching English at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the school community.
