**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate active learning.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in improving their language skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate with parents when needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Encourage reading habits and critical thinking among students.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and best practices in English language teaching.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: MA in English & BEd (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum **4+ years** of teaching English at the middle school level under the CBSE curriculum.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
