**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach middle school students (Grades 6-8). The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills while fostering a love for literature and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, comprehension, creative writing, and communication skills.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Integrate interactive teaching methodologies, including role play, group discussions, and presentations.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress through classwork, assignments, and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in improving language proficiency.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage students’ participation in debates, elocution, drama, and literary activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
