We are looking for a dedicated and qualified **English Teacher** for **TGT**for **Adithya Global School - CBSE School**.
- Prepare lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Conduct classroom instruction through engaging and interactive methodologies.
- Evaluate students through regular assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties.
- Promote reading habits and literary appreciation among students.
- Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents/guardians.
- Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, writing competitions, and literary clubs.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A. in English)
- **Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)** - **Mandatory**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary/higher secondary level **(preferred)**:

- Freshers with strong academic background and communication skills may also apply.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Sound knowledge of grammar, composition, and literature
- Classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Technological proficiency (smart classes, online teaching tools, MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
