**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their condition, features, and potential issues.
- Document findings, take photographs, and create detailed reports outlining the property's condition and any recommended repairs or improvements.
- Coordinate property viewings with clients and real estate agents, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Accompany clients on property tours, providing information about the property, neighbourhood, and amenities.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback on properties.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or rental process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments in the real estate market.
- Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help clients determine appropriate listing prices or offer amounts.
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, agreements, and property listings.
- Maintain accurate records of property inspections, viewings, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Attend networking events, open houses, and industry conferences to expand professional
- connections and promote the agency's services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 3+ Years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of property inspection techniques, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to properties

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
